Lawmakers must make a compromise spending plan to send to Gov. Youngkin. Democratic-controlled Virginia Senate and House of Delegates each passed state budget proposals. Republican-controlled Senate and Delegates must make compromise plan for governor. Lawmakers will meet next week to try to find a compromise.
