There was a freeze on our Neighbourhood Watch bank account

One of the signatories died, and the remaining signatory contacted the bank to add me to the mandate. The paperwork was completed, but I received no response.

This is part of the 99 bank closures Barclays confirmed earlier this year that will take place in 2024, on top of a further 22 branches that will shut for good in 2025
