The police received a call at 6:30 p.m. about a child in a pool at a home on NW 4th Avenue. When the officers arrived, they found the child at the bottom of the pool. They quickly took the child out and tried to save their life. Unfortunately, the child, a 7-year-old boy, was taken to Broward Health but was pronounced dead. The police discovered that the boy did not live in the house where he was found, and the homeowner did not know him.
