Before joining FanDuel, Cooley served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Bowery Farming, where she successfully implemented a global talent model and a comprehensive DE&I program. Her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic was pivotal in ensuring business continuity. Additionally, she held the position of Chief People Officer at Nordeus, a gaming studio known for its successful mobile sports game, Top Eleven. Under her guidance, Nordeus experienced significant growth, culminating in its acquisition by Take Two Interactive for $378 million. Cooley's academic background includes a Master's in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York-Oswego.
