Napoli and Chelsea in Talks Over Lukaku and Osimhen Transfers

Napoli is actively negotiating with Chelsea for the potential signing of striker Romelu Lukaku, while also discussing a possible loan deal for Victor Osimhen to move to Chelsea. The proposed transfer for Lukaku is expected to be permanent, while the discussions regarding Osimhen center around a loan arrangement with an option to buy.
