Capriotti"s to launch flagship restaurant in Boise this December

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is set to open its flagship restaurant in Boise, Idaho, this December at 200 North Highbrook Way in Star. This location marks the first of three planned by local entrepreneurs Brian and Amanda Robertson, who have been loyal customers of the franchise for over 30 years.
