- The scandal involved extortion and threats related to Hart's infidelity.
- The actor's past actions in Las Vegas have resurfaced, causing a media frenzy.
In a recent deposition, comedian Kevin Hart revealed that he consumed the hallucinogenic drug Molly during the weekend he cheated on his wife, Eniko, in 2017 while she was pregnant. The deposition, part of a lawsuit filed by Jonathan “JT” Jackson against Hart, was made public by Page Six. Hart recounted how he was pressured by a friend to take the drug despite his initial reluctance, stating, “I don’t really f–k with drugs like that.” Ultimately, he succumbed and mixed it into his drink, believing it would enhance his night. Hart detailed his encounter with Montia Sabbag, the woman he had an affair with in Las Vegas. He clarified that while he did not have sex with her that night, they did engage the following morning. He expressed regret, noting that Sabbag appeared to be positioning herself near a hidden camera, which later recorded their encounter and was allegedly used to extort him. The lawsuit also highlights a settlement agreement between Hart and Jackson, which stipulated that Hart would publicly proclaim Jackson’s innocence in the sex tape scandal. Jackson claimed that Hart’s subsequent Instagram post did not adequately clear his name, as it failed to convey the depth of the impact the incident had on their friendship and Jackson’s reputation. Jackson expressed disappointment, stating that Hart’s statement did not fulfill the terms of their agreement, leaving his name still tarnished in the public eye.
