Kevin Liles departs Warner Music Group and 300 Elektra Entertainment

In his memo, Liles expressed his intention to support political candidates, particularly aiming to help elect Kamala Harris as the first African-American female President. He did not provide specific reasons for his departure but emphasized his commitment to the transition process, stating he would continue as a consultant through the end of the year. The current executives at 300, Rayna Bass and Selim Bouab, will take over his responsibilities, reporting directly to Warner Music CEO Robert Kyncl.
