More than 900 UPenn faculty opposing influence by trustees, donors, after the resignation of President Liz Magill
Liz Magill voluntarily stepped down from the helm of the University of Pennsylvania on Saturday. Board Chair Scott Bok also resigned Saturday. Magill was criticized for her testimony about antisemitism on Capitol Hill Tuesday. The Ivy League school's board also resigned after a disastrous hearing on Tuesday.
More than 900 faculty at the University of Pennsylvania signed a letter opposing influence from trustees and donors following Liz Magill's resignation. The letter was signed by more than 900 of the university's top faculty members at the end of the year. Magill resigned from the university in March.

Bok: "I'm sorry for what I've done, I'm not going to do this again. It's a sad time for me"
