16-year-old flying solo on Frontier Airlines ends up in Puerto Rico instead of Ohio. Teen traveling alone was meant to fly to his mother in Ohio on a Frontier Airlines flight. Teen ended up with a flight to Puerto Rico, where he was supposed to be heading to Ohio.

16-year-old flying alone ends up on wrong Frontier Airlines flight. Boy was supposed to fly from Tampa, Florida to Cleveland, Ohio over holiday break. Instead, he ended up in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and the airline apologized. Frontier Airlines has since apologized.
