At least 510 anti-LGBTQ bills were introduced in state legislatures across the U.S. in 2023. ACLU data as of December 21 shows a record number of anti-gay bills introduced in the United States. The ACLU says 510 bills introduced across the country in the year of 2023 were introduced.
