Justice Department reached agreement with New York State’s Executive Chamber resolving claims of sexual harassment and retaliation against former Governor Andrew Cuomo. DOJ says settlement concludes Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed state employees. Cuomo was Governor of New York from 1998 to 2007, when he was elected to office in 2007.
