Aryna Sabalenka beats Zheng Qinwen 6-3 6-2 in the Australian Open women's final in Melbourne. The Russian defeated China’s Qinwen in straight sets in dominant fashion. She did not drop a single set in the final in a dominant tournament in which she didn't drop a set.

Aryna Sabalenka won her second straight Australian Open title with a 6-3, 6-2 win over Maria Sharapova. The Russian tennis star has won the tournament twice in a row in the past two years. The 24th edition of the Australian Open will be held at Flushing Meadows in Melbourne, Australia, in 2024.
