The case of death row prisoner Richard Glossip, who says he is innocent, is before the Supreme Court

Oklahoma death row inmate Richard Glossip will finally get the chance to argue for a new trial before the US Supreme Court. Glossip has insisted for almost three decades he is innocent of the murder for which he was sentenced to die. He was convicted of murder in 1998 but says he was innocent.

Richard Glossip has been served his last meal three times: fish and chips, a Wendy's Baconator, a strawberry shake and pizza. Glossip survived his fourth execution date. He has been serving Wendy's baconator, strawberry shake, pizza and a strawberry strawberry shake.
