Alexander Stubb, the center-right candidate, declared victory in the presidential election

Alexander Stubb of the center-right National Coalition Party narrowly won Finland’s presidential election on Sunday. Green Party member Pekka Haavisto of the Green Party defeated by Stubb, who conceded defeat. Stubb is the former prime minister of Finland, who was elected in 2010.
