Two people were charged in the break-in of a Secret Service vehicle used by Biden's granddaughter

Two charged in connection with break-in of Secret Service vehicle used by detail assigned to Biden’s granddaughter Naomi Biden. 19-year-old Washington, DC, man and a minor charged with burglary in November. Vehicle was used by President Joe Biden's deputy secretary career assistant to Naomi Biden.

Teen charged in 2023 break-in of Secret Service SUV parked outside Naomi Biden’s DC home. Robert Kemp, 19, is charged in connection with the break in. The unmarked SUV was parked outside of Naomi Biden's home in November 2023. Kemp is charged with burglary.
