I love the detective drama Shetland, it has good knitwear, great accents, and is a good detective show

Shetland is peak ‘dad television’ – and I love it. This BBC Scottish crime series gives a lot, very quietly. A decade late, I have happily jumped on the bandwagon/slow-moving local ferry. Good knitwear, great accents and a stoic detective.

Ashley Jensen and Alison O’Donnell confirmed to be returning to the programme. Shetland to return to BBC for two new seasons with two new episodes. Ashley Jensen will return to the show alongside Alison O'Donnell and Ashley Jensen. The pair have been working together for more than a decade on the show.
