Dallas Cowboys release Leighton Vander Esch, Michael Gallup. The Cowboys also release Michael Gallup, Leighton Evans. The move is the latest in a long line of players to be released from the Cowboys' 11-year-old roster. The team also releases Michael Gallup and Leighton V-Esch, who was drafted in 2010.
Raiders release Jimmy Garoppolo, Hunter Renfrow, two others. Raiders release Garoppololo, two other players, to free the quarterback. Garoppoppolo is a free agent for the first time since joining the NFL in 2009. He was released by the Oakland Raiders on a $2.5 million contract.
