Michael Matheson shouldn't resign as an MSP, says Humza Yousaf

SNP’s disgraced Michael Matheson refuses to quit as MSP over iPad scandal. He returned to Holyrood for first time since quitting as health secretary over £11,000 roaming bill. He was charged with charging the taxpayer for an £10,000 phone bill.

Humza Yousaf says Michael Matheson should not resign as an MSP. He says he has already been punished by losing his Cabinet job and paying back the money he claimed. The First Minister argued his SNP colleague has already paid back his money. Humza said Mathesons should not be allowed to resign as a MSP in the Scottish Parliament.
