Rob Lowe is in Santa Barbara to celebrate his 60th birthday

The Floor producer-host celebrated his 60th birthday with A-listers in Santa Barbara. A large sign welcomed guests at the party: 'No posting of any photos on any social media' Lowe turned 60 on March 17 - technically turning 60 on the same date.
