Europe's first black head of government is located in Wales

Mr. Gething narrowly elected leader of Wales’s governing Labour Party this week. He then was elected first minister by the Senedd, or Welsh Parliament. He is Europe's First Black Head of Government, and is the first black head of government in Europe.
