Colorado nonprofit's management of donated money was questioned by the family of a Boulder shooting victim
This month marks three years since the Boulder grocery store shooting where 10 people were killed. A nonprofit that raised millions of dollars for victims is once again under the microscope for how those donations were distributed. The nonprofit is raising money to help victims of the shooting in which 10 people died.
