McConnell Pushes Back On Cheney

Senator McConnell said the RNC should not be in the business of singling out any members who have different views from the majority. Mitt Romney said he had exchanged text messages with his niece, RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel. Senator Mitt Romney has said he exchanged texts with McDaniel, a niece of Republican Sen. Tammy Duckworth, a Republican senator. The Republican senator is the only member of the Republican Party to condemn Cheney for her actions.
