Plot to overturn Sadiq Khan's hated Ulez expansion blocked by Labour MPs in Commons. The scheme was expanded last August to cover the entirety of Greater London. The Ulez scheme has been expanded last year to cover all of the capital's borders. Labour MPs vote to overturn the scheme in the Commons today.
