The new host of Radio 2 is very nervous as he opens his first show

Romesh Ranganathan has replaced Claudia Winkleman on BBC Radio 2. She has replaced her slot on the BBC's flagship radio channel. Woke on The One Show on Friday with a surprise message to the new Radio 2 presenter. She also sent a message to Ranganath, who has taken her slot at the helm.
Claudia Winkleman joined BBC Radio 2 back in 2008 and took over the Saturday 10am to 1pm slot from Graham Norton in 2021. She will take over the 10am-1pm slot in 2021 after 16 years on the BBC's flagship radio show. Wintryman will be replaced by Graham Norton on Saturday at 1pm on BBC2.
