Steph Houghton has announced her plans to retire from professional football at the end of the current season with Manchester City bidding to win the WSL. England icon pays touching tribute to husband Stephen Darby. Manchester City are bidding for a fourth straight title at the Etihad Stadium.

The 178-mile trek was led by former Liverpool player Stephen Darby and former Bristol City forward Marcus Stewart. The trek raised £130,000 for the cause and raised more than £100,000. Steph Houghton and her husband Stephen completed the trek to Anfield.
