The Detroit Lions host kids from across Michigan for a day of activity at Ford Field

The National Association of Business & Professional Women's Club Inc. Detroit is hosting its 33rd annual community baby shower. Barbara Patton, president of the club, joined CBS News Detroit to preview the event. The event will be held on April 4.

Detroit Lions host kids from across Michigan for day of activity at Ford Field. More than 150 Playworks elementary school students had the chance to learn the game of football and skills they can apply to everyday life. Playworks Elementary School students were given the opportunity to learn football skills.

Playworks Michigan and the Detroit Lions Foundation hosted their annual "Football Jamboree at Ford Field on Sunday. Detroit Lions host kids from across Michigan for a day of activity at the field. Playworks and the Lions Foundation also hosted a day-of-play event.
