A man who died saving his niece at Dreamworld has been honoured with a bravery award

Luke Dorsett, one of the victims of the 2016 Dreamworld tragedy, was among those recognised in the Australian Bravery Decorations announced by Governor-General David Hurley. The award was presented to the Governor-general by the Queen of Queensland. The Australian bravery award will be presented in Australia on Friday.
