California bar investigators scold John Eastman, the ex-Trump attorney who faces racketeering and conspiracy charges along with a disbarment probe. Eastman ripped over support from MAGA lawmakers, saying they support the president's immigration policies. The ex-lawyer also faces a lawsuit against him for racketeering, conspiracy and other charges.

John Eastman was sanctioned $10,000 in addition to the court recommending he lose his law license. Eastman faces a possible Disbarment for trying to overturn the 2020 election. Trump's attorneys have spent $150 million trying to get the 2020 vote overturned in favor of him.
