The Hornets shut down LaMelo Ball for the rest of the season due to an ankle injury
LaMelo Ball has been limited to 58 games the past two seasons because of ankle issues. He hasn't played for the Charlotte Hornets since Jan. 26. Ball is considering wearing ankle braces again after injuries limited him to just 58 games over two seasons. The NBA star hasn't been playing for the Hornets since January 26.
LaMelo Ball has barely played for much of his pro career. He just inked a massive extension with Charlotte under the team's new ownership. Ball will miss 60 games for the Hornets, despite having barely played in the past year. He has signed a contract extension with the Hornets.
LaMelo Ball has not played since Jan. 27 for the Hornets. Ball has been ruled out for the rest of the season with an ankle injury. Charlotte Hornets are shutting down Ball for the remainder of the NBA season. Ball is expected to return to the NBA in the New Year.
