The Henry VIII replica spent £2,500 on a costume

Wolf Hall is an adaptation of Hilary Mantel's trilogy focused on Thomas Cromwell's rise and then dramatic fall in the court of Henry VIII. Wolf Hall was first aired in 2015 and is now set to return to screens in 2017. It is based on the rise and fall of Cromwell and Henry VIII's court of the Tudors.

Some schoolkids are clearly nervous. One asked if I’d ever killed a child. One schoolkid asked if he'd ever killed an animal. One of them asked me if I'd ever been with a child. I'm a full-time Henry VIII impersonator. I'm not afraid to say yes.
