Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin vetoes a bill that would have legalized weed sales

Youngkin pitches no tax cuts for proposed budget amendments. Democrats slashed tax cuts in their budget proposal. Youngkin agreed to not include tax cuts after Democrats slashed them in their proposal for the state budget. Democrats also slashed tax breaks in their own budget proposal for state of Washington state.
