Princess Anne undertakes new engagement at Windsor Castle amid royal shortage. The Princess Royal held an investiture ceremony at the castle on Tuesday. Princess Anne was joined by other members of the Royal Family at the Windsor Castle. The princess was accompanied by the Prince of Wales, Prince Charles, Prince Philip and Prince Philip.
