On 100th day in office, Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker unveils plan to address problems in Kensington. Parker spoke at a middle school in the city's Kensington section, where she unveils a plan to fix problems there.

Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker marks 100 days in office. Parker is the first woman to lead the city. She opens up about her journey to making history and keeping the city safe. Parker: "I'm not afraid to be afraid of the future. I'm looking forward to the future of the city"

Hearings began Tuesday on Mayor Parker's budget. The hearing focused on public safety spending. Mayor Parker's proposed budget includes funding for 400 new police officers, 150 new radio cars, 75 unmarked cars and money to buy drones. Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel explained to council why using drones is so important.
