Kanye West is facing an $18 million loss on an abandoned Malibu property he’s trying to sell without completing the extensive renovations. West paid $57 million for a Malibu mansion, then Gutted and Abandoned it. The rapper is now selling the property without finishing the renovations.

West, 46, changed the asking price earlier this week. Less than four months after he initially listed the dilapidated property in the luxury oceanfront community in Malibu, California. West changed the $14M asking price less than 4 months after initially listing the property.
