A car theft suspect flees police in a vehicle

Car theft suspect reversed down a road for around a quarter of a mile in Rotherham. He was later caught after an officer borrowed a bicycle from a member of the public. The suspect was caught after police borrowed a bike from the public to catch him in the act.
