Rashee Rice turned himself in to DeSoto police Thursday afternoon. The Kansas City Chiefs WR was arrested in connection with an arrest warrant. Rice has been charged with two counts of possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm. Rice was released without bond and released from jail.
