Lawsuit accuses Dolton official of non-consensual sex with ‘blacked out’ village employee. Two employees filed suit against a Dolton, Thornton Township official as well as Mayor Tiffany Henyard, the village and Thornton Township. The suit was filed after alleged incidents at an official trip to Las Vegas last year.
