The majority stake in Edinburgh Airport is going to be bought by a French company

French owner of Gatwick to buy majority stake in Edinburgh Airport. Vinci has agreed to buy a 50.01% stake from Global Infrastructure Partners. GIP will retain the remaining 49.99% stake in the airport, which has been owned by Vinci since 2012.
