The arm and torso of a missing Milwaukee teen were found on the shore of Lake Michigan
Maxwell Anderson, 33, has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of 19-year-old Sade Robinson. Robinson, 19, was last seen in August. Anderson is accused of killing Robinson in the early hours of Saturday morning. Anderson has been arrested and charged with intentional homicide.
