King Charles drives Queen Camilla to church despite being treated for cancer

King spotted driving as he steps out for church appearance alongside Queen Camilla despite cancer treatment. Queen was diagnosed with form of cancer in February. King Charles, 75, will be ramping up his public appearances over the coming weeks. He is expected to attend the five-day Royal Ascot race in June.
