Fito escaped from the prison in which he lived like a king

Adolfo 'Fito' Macias was able to run the brutal Los Choneros drug gang and Ecuador's authorities were unable to stop him. They also couldn't prevent his escape from the prison in which he lived like a king. Despite being behind bars, Fito was still able to live as a drug lord.

Fabricio Colón Pico, head of the deadly Los Lobos gang, has been on the run since escaping prison in early January.
