Attorney General Keith Ellison filed a lawsuit against Midwest Car Search and its owner this morning. Ellison accuses the dealership of targeting Spanish-speaking customers with low credit scores. Ellison says the dealership targeted Spanish-language customers with a low credit score. The lawsuit was filed in response to a complaint filed by the attorney general.
