Stylist Law Roach reveals the fashion houses that would not dress Zendaya early in her career

Zendaya's stylist, Law Roach, shared that when Zendaya was starting her career, five big fashion houses refused to dress her. These fashion houses were Saint Laurent, Dior, Valentino, Chanel, and Gucci. They kept saying no to Law Roach when he asked them to dress Zendaya. They would say, "Try again next year. She's not on our calendar." This means they didn't want to work with Zendaya at that time. Even when Zendaya became famous and was on the cover of American Vogue in 2017, she still hadn't worn clothes from these designers on the red carpet. Law Roach told them, "If you say no now, it will be a no forever." This was true for a long time, as Zendaya never wore Dior, Chanel, or Gucci on the red carpet. In March 2023, Law Roach announced he was leaving the fashion industry because of the politics and lies in it. He felt tired of dealing with these issues. However, he made a comeback in February 2024 by styling Celine Dion for the Grammys. Law Roach revealed that Zendaya eventually wore Valentino because the designer signed her for a campaign in 2020. Although Zendaya has modeled clothes from these big fashion houses in fashion spreads, she never wore them on the red carpet. She has never worn Dior, Chanel, or Gucci on the red carpet.
