Russia reports multiple fatalities after partial collapse of residential building in Belgorod it said was struck by a missile. Hours earlier, one of Russia's largest oil refineries was hit by drone debris. Russia says drone debris hit one of its largest refineries earlier this week.
Russia's Mash Telegram news channel reported that at least seven people have been killed in a building collapse, which the regional governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, says was caused by "massive shelling by the armed forces of Ukraine".
