A firefighter from the Twin Cities was killed by gunfire

Minneapolis police say Eagan and Eden Prairie firefighter Joseph Johns was shot and killed a week ago in the parking lot of Whiskey Junction in Minneapolis during a private party among several motorcycle groups.

Investigators are looking into what caused a wildfire in northern Minnesota on Sunday afternoon.

A service at the Ames Center in Burnsville will remember Eagan and Eden Prairie firefighter Joseph Johns.
