Gamers express disappointment over new Battlefield live service announcement

During a meeting where a company talks about how much money they made, the boss of Electronic Arts, Andrew Wilson, said the new Battlefield game will have lots of new things added to it after it's released. People who play games didn't like this news and complained about it on social media. They think the new game will ask for more money to get extra things, and they don't like that. The Battlefield games were really popular in the late 2000s and early 2010s, especially the ones called Battlefield: Bad Company and the third and fourth games in the series. Fans have been wanting the new games to be like the old ones that they loved, but it seems they are not happy with the new announcement. Wilson, the boss, said that this new Battlefield game has the biggest team ever working on it. He seems very excited about what they are making and thinks it will be really good. Even though many games nowadays have extra things you can buy after the game is out, the Battlefield players don't seem to like this idea because of what happened with the last Battlefield game, Battlefield 2042. Geoff Keighley, who has lots of followers on Twitter, shared this news and most people didn't like it. Battlefield is a game made by EA that competes with Call of Duty. It's a shooting game where players can get better weapons and rewards as they play more. Call of Duty feels more like an arcade game, while Battlefield tries to be more realistic but still has exciting moments. Call of Duty usually gives players new things to do every month or two, but it took a long time for Battlefield 2042 to do the same. Even though there have been some improvements to the game, many players stopped playing after a difficult start. Some people on social media say that the last good Battlefield game was released in 2016, and the ones after that were not as good.
