Story

Philadelphia police shared a video of a man who shot three people, including a young girl, after falling off his scooter in Kensington. The incident happened when a car hit him as it was coming out from Rosehill Street onto East Allegheny Avenue on May 23. The man then started shooting randomly at people near the car that hit him. The shooter is described as a Hispanic man with black hair, a beard, and a medium build. He was last seen walking away from the crash site, wearing a gray GAP hoodie, black track pants, and white sneakers. The man got up after being hit and immediately started shooting at people without checking if anyone was okay. A witness mentioned that he was shooting at everyone without caring who he hit. The 8-year-old girl was grazed on the head but is in stable condition. The other victims were a 45-year-old man shot in the leg, stable, and a 47-year-old woman critically injured after being shot in the face.
