Philadelphia man wanted for Memorial Day shooting in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, police report

Police say Andrew McCutchen, 35, shot a 26-year-old man at Spencer Reid American Legion Post in Ardmore, Pennsylvania on Monday night. McCutchen is wanted for attempted homicide and other offenses. He is considered dangerous and armed. After the shooting, McCutchen fled the scene with another man in a dark gray 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer LS. Another person then fired shots at McCutchen's car, but it's unclear if anyone was hit. McCutchen has a black beard and medium hair in braids or twists. The Chevrolet Trailblazer he escaped in has a Pennsylvania license plate MMN-9443 and specific features like a bumper sticker that says "Rest Awhile For Miles." Neighbors heard gunshots during the incident, and the area was surrounded by police. The American Legion was closed the next day.
