Four more boys, one of them 12 years old, were arrested for possibly raping a teenage girl in Nottinghamshire. The incident happened on Yorke Drive playing fields in Newark on the evening of May 25th. The boys, aged 12, 13, and two 14-year-olds, were taken into custody on suspicion of rape. They were later released on bail with strict conditions. Earlier in the week, four other boys, two 15-year-olds and two 16-year-olds, were also arrested for the same reason and are currently on conditional bail. The police are actively investigating the case and have received help from the community. Detective Inspector Amy Revill mentioned that the investigation is progressing quickly. The girl and her family are receiving support from specially trained officers. Inspector Charlotte Ellam, the district commander for Newark, assured the public that the detectives are working tirelessly to uncover the truth.
